- (1) (a) Fire drills were completed on 24 March, 27 April and 15 May 2026 following the inspection. Monthly fire drills will be completed in line with regulations and completed monthly

The last fire drill was recorded as taking place on 14 November 2025. Monthly fire drills must be conducted. (b) Firefighting equipment was not serviced on an annual basis. Records indicated that the last maintenance check was 29 August 2024

- (1) (a) A fire drill was conducted on the 26 January 2026. Monthly fire drills will be put into the diary and carried out regularly. (b) The firefighting equipment was serviced on 23 January 2026

- The most recent fire drill was recorded as taking place on 07 October 2025. There was no fire drill conducted in the service for the month of November. (b) Fire detection equipment had not been maintained within the required timeframe. A record demonstrating the number, type and maintenance of the smoke alarms was not available
Provider's corrective action:
- (1) (a) A fire drill was carried out in the service immediately post inspection. The registered provider allocated fire drill monitoring to staff members monthly tasks. (b) Maintenance of the smoke detection alarms was completed on 14 January 2026. The registered provider plans to enter into an annual contract with the fire safety system company for annual checks. A staff member has been allocated the task of fire detection equipment monitoring

- (1) (b) The company that maintains the fire equipment had been contacted within the week timeframe that they were due out (September 2025). Maintenance checks were conducted on the fire equipment in October 2025. The company that service the equipment usually do so automatically every year, in future the service will notify them at least 4 weeks in advance of the certificate being out of date
