- On the inspector’s arrival, there was no requirement to sign in and through discussion with the registered provider they confirmed there was no visitor’s logbook
Provider's corrective action:
- The registered provider stated that they have purchased a visitors’ book and will require all visitors to sign in and out and state the purpose of their visit. A Visitors Policy has been developed to outline the steps required when a visitor enters the premises

- On the inspector’s arrival to the service, there was no requirement to sign in and through discussion with the person in charge they confirmed there was no visitors record book and no previous requirement for a record of visitors
Provider's corrective action:
- The registered provider stated they have developed a visitors sign in sheet which will be located that the entrance and the manager will ensure each visitor will sign in on arrival

- On the inspector’s arrival on both days of the inspection, there was no requirement to sign in and through discussion with the registered provider they confirmed there was a visitors record book
Provider's corrective action:
- The registered provider stated there was a visitors log in operation in the service however it was not used on the day. Going forward, all visitors will be required to sign in and out of the building

- (3) (b) On the inspector’s arrival there was no requirement to sign in and through discussion with staff it was evident that there were no visitors sign in book
Provider's corrective action:
- The registered provider has developed sign in sheet for visitors to the service and this was discussed at a meeting with the staff. All visitors will be required to sign in and out to the service

- (3) (b) On the inspector’s arrival there was no requirement to sign in or out of the service. Through discussion with staff, it was determined that there was a visitors’ sign in book however it was not used on the day of inspection

- (3)(b) The registered provider stated that a visitor sign in book has been acquired, and all visitors will be required to sign in and on arrival and exit. The book will be places at the front entrance of the building
