- General Safety: • Garda vetting was available for four staff members. However, three staff members vetting disclosures were not dated within the previous three years in adherence to with the Early Years Inspectorate Regulatory Notice ‘EYI-RN12.3 Renewal of Garda Vetting’
Provider's corrective action:
- Corrective & Preventive Action General Safety: Updated Garda Clearance has been obtained for all outstanding staff members, dated 20/11/2024. The garda clearance certificates will be renewed within the three-year timeframe going forward
