- (d) Police vetting was not available for two staff members who had resided outside the jurisdiction for a period of more than 6 consecutive months as an adult
Provider's corrective action:
- Corrective Action Staff member 1: The registered provider and staff member has started the process of seeking police vetting, it is historical vetting and are seeking advice regarding same. Staff member 2: The registered provider and staff member have begun the application process of seeking police vetting, making it in person through the Embassy. Preventive Action Prior to employment in the future all clearances will be in place. The recruitment policy of the school has been amended to ensure this is adhered to
