Regulation 8 — Notification of change in circumstances
- (1) (2) The person named on the national register as the person in charge did not correlate with the person in charge present on the day of inspection and confirmed to be the person in charge of the daily operation of the service
Provider's corrective action:
- This discrepancy has now been rectified by sending a Change in Circumstances (CIC) notification to Tusla for the person in charge. The person named on the national register as the person in charge has been updated to correlate with the person confirmed to be in charge of the daily operations of the service as observed during the inspection. Any changes in the person in charge will be communicated to Tusla within five working days through the submission of a Change in Circumstances (CIC) notification. This ensures the national register is updated promptly
