- One of 2 staff members who lived and worked in 2 different states outside of Ireland while over the age of 18 years of age did not have the required police vetting for those states
Provider's corrective action:
- On 18/07/2025 the registered provider advised of the following. Corrective and Preventive Action Police vetting for one staff member who lived and worked in 2 states outside of this state was obtained immediately following inspection. The preschool service will review all new future employees curriculum vitae more thoroughly and police vetting will be obtained if required prior to working in the preschool service
