- General Safety: 1. Garda vetting was available for 3 adults, however, 2 of these vetting disclosures were not dated within the previous 3 years in adherence to the Early Years Inspectorate Regulatory Notice “EYI-RN12.3 Renewal of Garda Vetting” posing a potential safety risk for children. Action submitted by the Registered Provider The registered provider stated the following in their reply:

- General Safety: One staff member left the service and the out-of-date garda vetting disclosure was obtained and will be reviewed yearly
