  • (2)(a)(b) Two written validated references for one staff member were not available on file from a past employer or a source other than a past employer. (2)(d) Police vetting was not available for one staff member who lived and worked longer than six months in a state other than this state for longer than six months while over the age of 18 years

  • On the 6/06/2024 and 21/06/2024 the registered provider advised of the following. Corrective and Preventive Action (2)(a) (b) Refences which were missing have been put in place. (2)(d) An application has been submitted on the 29/05/2024 for a child protection certificate for one staff member
