- (2) (a) (b) 1. There were no references on file for one staff member. (d) International police vetting was not on file for one staff member whose employment record indicated they had lived outside of the jurisdiction for a period greater than six months
Provider's corrective action:
- (2) (a) (b) 1. Two references were obtained for the staff member. Gowing forward, management will ensure that two references are on file prior to the start date. (d) International police vetting was obtained for the staff member. Management will check all early educators and other staff to ensure they have not worked outside the country for more than six months. This will also be included as a question on the induction form
