- Following review of the staff files, it could not be determined if one staff member held an appropriate childcare qualification at Level 5 or above on the National Framework of Qualifications. Documentation available for review outlined provisional results from the college
Provider's corrective action:
- One staff member was a substitute teacher and although in her third year of degree was awaiting a letter confirmation from DCEDIY, and has since received the same. We will ensure that the letter of confirmation is received once employment commences
