Immediate action notice. An Immediate Action Notice was issued to the Registered Provider on 10/10/2023 in relation to Regulation 9(2)(c); Garda Vetting Disclosure was not available for one adult who had access to pre -school children in the service. A response from the registered provider was received and accepted on the same date. Acknowledgements The inspector wishes to acknowledge the cooperation of the Registered Provider, staff members and children who were present on the day of the inspection.

Immediate action notice. Non-Compliance Information (2) (c) No documentary evidence in relation to Garda Vetting Disclosure was available for one adult employed. An Immediate Action Notice was issued to the Registered Provider on 10/10/2023 in relation to this.

Immediate action notice. Corrective and Preventive Action (2) (c) Garda Vetting Disclosure is now in place for the staff member. Going forward all staff who have lived outside Ireland for more than 6 months as an adult will be Garda Vetted and will also have Police vetting from their country where they previously resided. Supporting documentation submitted A copy of the Garda Vetting Disclosure form in relation to the adult was received. Summary Comment The actions as stated by the Registered Provider and the evidence received have been considered by the Inspector. The non-compliance as identified on inspection in relation to Regulation 9(c) has been addressed.
