- General Safety: In relation to one staff member while Garda vetting was available, this vetting disclosure was not dated within the previous three years in adherence with the Early Years Inspectorate Regulatory Notice ‘EYI-RN12.3 Renewal of Garda Vetting’. Action submitted by the Registered Provider
Provider's corrective action:
- General Safety: Renewed Garda vetting was applied for immediately following inspection and is now in place in relation to the on- call staff member. A reminder date has been added to the staff files for future reference
