Regulation 9 — Management and recruitment
- International police vetting was not available for one adult who had lived outside the jurisdiction for more than six consecutive months since turning 18 years of age
Provider's corrective action:
- A form was downloaded from www.acro.police.uk. The Staff member has applied for her Police Vetting from the U.K. The Board of Management will ensure that Police vetting for new employees that worked abroad, will be in place before commencement of employment in the service
