Provider's corrective action:
  • 1.The sand pit has been filled with fresh sand, and it is now fully prepared for the children’s play and learning activities. 2.New equipment has been purchases for the mud kitchen to ensure it is fully equipped for the children’s use. A designated staff member has been assigned to oversee the upkeep of outdoor play equipment and supplies. A weekly maintenance check will be completed and recorded to ensure all equipment and supplies are available and in good condition

Provider's corrective action:
  • Corrective & Preventive Action Equipment has been added to both kitchen areas and developed further - see photos submitted. Dress up was purchased for both rooms and the dress up stand is used for this purpose only. The library was developed further- adding song books, family photo books and also more books for storytelling. Staff are aware that if any equipment needs to be replaced that they notify management immediately. Staff have asked parents to bring in recyclables for the kitchen area and to continuously send in family photos etc. Summary Comment The registered provider submitted photographic evidence of the areas of interest developed. The non- compliance’s in Regulation 21 have been addressed
