Infection Control: 1. The changing mat in the sanitary facility was observed to be ripped, exposing the internal foam. This poses an infection control risk as the mat cannot be cleaned effectively. Action submitted by the Registered Provider

Infection Control: 1. The old changing mat was discarded and replaced with a brand new one. The service will regularly inspect the changing mat for any defects and replace it as needed

(1) (b) Our fire extinguishers were serviced on the 27th of November 2024, the certificate is now displayed in the school. We have set a reminder in our calendar for fire equipment service expiry

Provider's corrective action:

submitted by the Registered Provider Corrective Action The service has been in contact with multipl e companies in relation to First Aid Responder courses, all of which take place within the working week and the service is unable to attend due to preschool hours. The service has been in contact with a company and currently are awaiting a course start date for a weekend First Aid Responder course. Preventive Action The service will ensure the firs t aid training does not expire and will rebook the course to take place just before the certificates are due to expire. Evidence Submitted None. Summary Comment The actions as stated by the registered prov ider in the corrective and preventive actions will address the non -compliance once evidence of the training has taken place and certificates are submitted. The compliance for regulation 25 remains outstanding
