Regulation 16 — Record in relation to pre-school service
- (h) One child that was attending the service for a trial period was not recorded on the daily attendance records. Daily attendance records are required to be kept for all children attending the service to ensure their safety in the event of an emergency
Provider's corrective action:
- The service will ensure that all children in attendance will be listed in the attendance records for the service
