- (3) The review of documentation available demonstrated the following had not been considered prior to staff commencing within the service: • A review of start dates showed that three staff members commenced in the service prior to references being obtained and validation checks being carried out by the registered provider
Provider's corrective action:
- (3) The registered provider revised the recruitment policy and noted that all references must be obtained and verified Prior to the new employees starting date. Prior to any future employees starting date, references will be obtained and verified
