Regulation 29 — Premises
- (d) 1. The fence to the rear of the outdoor play area was damaged presenting a potential safety hazard for children. Beyond this opening is an area containing dense shrubbery, scattered wooden debris and a broken slide. 2. An area of damaged plaster was observed exposing a hole in the wall next to the skirting board in the care room. The plaster had uneven edges and a visible build-up of dirt and dust.
