- There was no police vetting on file for one adult whose employment record indicated they had lived outside of the state for longer than six months as an adult
Provider's corrective action:
- Police Vetting obtained for one adult. In the future we will ensure if an employee has lived out of the state for longer than 6 months, we will obtain vetting from that country
