- (d) Police Vetting for one adult who had lived outside of a state for longer than six months over the age of 18 was not available
Provider's corrective action:
- The registered provider submitted a response on the 03/07/2025 outlining the attempts to obtain police vetting for one adult. The registered provider stated that all vetting will be carried out prior to recruitment in the future
