- General Safety: 1. Garda vetting was available for three staff, but the date was greater than 3yrs for two staff members. These vetting disclosures were not dated within the previous three years in adherence to with the Early Years Inspectorate Regulatory Notice ‘EYI-RN12.3 Renewal of Garda Vetting’. Action submitted by the Registered Provider On the 24/09/2024, 3/10/2024 , 7/10/2024 and 15 10 2024 the registered provider advised of the following

- General Safety: An electronic application was submitted to the National Vetting Bureau for the two staff members
Found compliant: Regulation 9, 11, 16, 19, 25, 26.
