- (d) The required police vetting for one adult, who had lived outside the State for a period of longer than 6 consecutive months was not available for inspection
Provider's corrective action:
- The staff member completed the police vetting application, and the final police vetting certificate has been received and submitted to the inspector. Management will ensure that all vetting procedures are followed, ensuring anyone who has lived outside the country will be vetted for the correct region as well as garda vetted
