- General Safety: 1. Garda vetting was available for all staff members. However, one staff member’s vetting disclosure was not dated within the previous three years contravening the Early Years Inspectorate Regulatory Notice ‘EYI- RN12.3 Renewal of Garda Vetting’. Action submitted by the Registered Provider
Provider's corrective action:
- General Safety: The registered provider has re applied for garda vetting of the staff member on 17 October 2025. A schedule of staff vetting dates, including the dates of issue and expiry, has been established. This will be reviewed before the start of each year
