Regulation 23 — Safeguarding health, safety and welfare of child
- The temperature regulator on two radiators, one in Seomra Boin De and the second in the nappy changing area, were not in place. The surface temperature of both radiators was noted to be too hot which posed a risk of a burn to a child
Provider's corrective action:
- Temperature regulators have been installed on the two radiators. Staff and management training undertaken to ensure the radiator temp is checked each day before being signed off on the daily risk assessment
