- General Safety: The Garda vetting disclosure available for one of the adults was not dated within the previous three years, in adherence to the Early Years Inspectorate Regulatory Notice, ‘EYI-RN12.3 Renewal of Garda Vetting’. Action submitted by the Registered Provider
Provider's corrective action:
- The written reply from the person in charge stated that Garda vetting for the relevant staff member has been renewed. As a preventive measure, a table of important documents that require periodic renewal, has been created, with each staff member listed. The manager and individual staff members are responsible for checking when updates are required
