- There was one staff member who did not have evidence on file in the service that they had achieved a major award in Early Childhood Care and Education at Level 5 or above on the National Qualifications Framework
Provider's corrective action:
- There is now evidence on file in the service that the staff member had achieved a major award in Early Childhood Care and Education at Level 5 or above on the National Qualifications Framework. The registered provider will ensure all required documentation is in place in the service prior to staff commencing work in the service
