- General Safety: The Garda vetting disclosure for one staff member was not dated within the previous three years in adherence to with the Early Years Inspectorate Regulatory Notice ‘EYI-RN12.3 Renewal of Garda Vetting’
Provider's corrective action:
- Corrective & Preventive Action General Safety: Renewal of Garda vetting has been received for the staff member. A log of each staff vetting date will be kept at front of each staff file. Staff vetting dates will be checked frequently to ensure no vetting has expired
