Regulation 23 — Safeguarding health, safety and welfare of child
- General Safety: Whole grapes were present in three children’s lunch boxes. Whole grapes are a choking risk to preschool children. Action submitted by the Registered Provider
Provider's corrective action:
- General Safety: A copy of the service policy on healthy eating was sent to all parents along with a reminder message to cut up all grapes. Staff will monitor and check all children’s lunchboxes before serving food to children
