- (9)(2)(a)(b) Three written and appropriately validated references were not available in respect of two staff members working in the service. (3) The procedures specified in paragraph (2) were not carried out completely before staff members were appointed, assigned or allowed access to or contact with a child attending the pre-school service
Provider's corrective action:
- Three written and validated references are now on file for the two staff members. The registered provider will ensure that staff recruitment files are completed in full prior to any staff taking up duties in the service
