Regulation 9 — Management and recruitment
- (2)(d) One staff member who lived as an adult in a jurisdiction outside of Ireland for a period of six months or longer required police vetting from that state. The inspector acknowledges that international police vetting was available for two staff members who had worked outside the Irish jurisdiction for 6 months or longer as adults
Provider's corrective action:
- The police vetting was applied for and received. The registered provider will seek evidence of police vetting for any adult who has lived in a jurisdiction outside of Ireland for six months as an adult, prior to commencing employment
