An Immediate Action Notice was issued to the registered provider under regulation 23 – Safeguarding health, safety and welfare of child in relation to this non- compliance. Action submitted by the Registered Provider - (1) First Aid Responder training was undertaken by all staff. All certs are in their files. The management has been reminded to regularly check certs and make sure the appropriate training is undertaken on time.
