This posed a potential risk to both adults and children in the service - (3)(b) A visitors book has been put in place to log details of any visitors to the service. Staff will ensure the visitors book is on site at all times and signed where required. When the attendance book was viewed it was noted that these children were not checked out on the evening of 13th of March. This posed a risk to the children in the event of an emergency.
