This is reported on under regulation 23 - The registered provider and director of services/ designated person in ch arge have submitted the following actions. Staff meetings were conducted with educators, administration and ancillary staff, by management to address non-compliance feedback from Early Years Inspectorate Regulatory Report from 26/09/2025 to 01/10/2025. The changes to our outdoor playground time table will support staff to be readably available to sign children in and out, as they arrive or leave while staff continue to engage and supervise children. Accurate recording of arrival and departure times of a child in a service is essential in case of an emergency, that all children can be accounted for on and off the premises - A new and updated Sigh in & out (Attendance records) policy has been written and shared with staff. Management and staff will ensure children are only signed out after they leave the premises. If children are collected early, the time will be noted on the attendance sheet. The registered provided advised the inspectors that there was no written record of visitors maintained in the service - There is a visitors sign in and out book but was not available on the day. This is now fully in use and is on the desk in the front door for all visitors to sign in and out.
