- (1)(b) At 13:00, ten children were observed resting side by side on 2 large sofa’s which were reclined to a flat position. These sofas were not adequate and suitable for the number of preschool children present. There was not adequate space of 50cm between each child. It is acknowledged that the registered provider has ordered additional low level individual stackable beds

- Low level stackable beds have been ordered and the sofas will no longer be used for sleeping
