The pages of this site are free and will stay free. What is sold is the work: reading every report, structuring it, dating it.

### Who it is for

- **Childcare groups** — all your services, and every new report, in one feed;
- **Journalists and researchers** — the whole structured set instead of thousands of PDFs.

### List check

Send a list of services (name, Tusla ID or Eircode) — we return it with: latest inspection, non-compliances by regulation, immediate action notices, conditions. Services with nothing found are written down as such.

### Prices

- **Change feed — EUR 120 / month**Or EUR 1 200 a year. At every collection, what came in, went out or changed since the previous one. This is the part that does not age.
- **One slice — EUR 40 / month**The feed restricted to a single county, for those who do not need the rest.
- **Full snapshot — EUR 1 600, once**The state of the register on the day of delivery, every field included. Listed last on purpose : a snapshot ages.

### Order

Tell us what you need : we reply with a sample, the field dictionary, and an invoice. **No payment is taken on this site** — an order opens a conversation.

Prices in EUR, before any applicable tax. Delivered as CSV and Parquet, by download link. Every request is answered by hand.

### Data sales

Alongside free consultation, this site offers datasets prepared from the
public register. **The pages of the site remain free ;** what
is charged for is the compilation work — extraction, reconciliation, dating and
formatting.

**Prices.** Prices are shown in EUR, before any tax that may
apply depending on where the buyer is established. They may change ; the
price that applies is the one shown at the time of the order.

**Ordering and payment.** No payment is taken on this site and
no bank details are entered here. Orders are placed by form or by e-mail ;
an invoice is issued separately and is payable by bank transfer. Delivery
follows payment unless agreed otherwise.

**Delivery.** By download link, as CSV and Parquet, with the
field dictionary and the collection date. For a subscription, at every
collection, for the period subscribed.

**What is guaranteed, and what is not.** We guarantee that the
data delivered matches what was collected from the source on the stated date,
and that the fields are those described. **We do not guarantee that the
source itself is complete or accurate** : the register is published
by a public body and we do not correct it. The data is supplied for information
and does not replace consulting the official register.

**If the delivery does not suit you.** Tell us within fourteen
days. If the delivery does not match what was described, it is corrected or
refunded. A subscription can be stopped at any time for the following period,
with no notice and no penalty.

**Re-use.** The underlying facts come from a public register and
belong to no one. What you buy is the prepared file : you may use it inside
your organisation and in your own products. Reselling the file as such, as a
competing product, is not covered.
