Regulation 23 — Safeguarding health, safety and welfare of child
- General Safety: 1. Garda Vetting documentation for one staff member present on the day of the inspection were not dated with in the last three years as per the regulatory notice EYI-RN12.3 renewal of Garda vetting published by the inspectorate in September 2023 and effective from 01/01/2024. This posed a potential risk to the safety and wellbeing of children in the service. Action submitted by the Registered Provider
