#### Inspection of 9 March 2026 — Inspection Report

##### Regulation 9 — Management and recruitment

- (a)(b) Required validated references were not available. (d) Documents reviewed demonstrated that police vetting was required for two staff members, however only one of these was to the available the inspector

- (a)(b) The Registered Provider submitted the required validated references. (d) The registered provider stated that the police vetting has been received. They have developed a checklist to which will be used as a recruitment file check going forward to ensure all documents are in place

##### Regulation 24 — Checking in and out and record of attendance

- (3) (b) On the inspector’s arrival there was no requirement to sign in and through discussion with the registered provider they confirmed there was no visitors record book

- The registered provider stated that sign in book has been placed at the entry of the service, and all visitors will be required to sign in and out in future

##### Regulation 25 — First aid

- (1) Though discussion with staff it was established that three staff have previous first aid training however this was not up to date

- The registered provider stated that they have completed a first aid responder course and that going forward additional staff will complete the training
