Immediate action notice. An immediate action notice was issued to the registered provider on the 26 March 2025 regarding non- compliances identified under regulation 25 First Aid. (see regulation 25).
Regulation 25 — First aid
- There were no staff trained in FAR and first aid for children available to the children attending the preschool service. An immediate action notice was issued to the registered provider requesting that this non-compliance be rectified immediately
Provider's corrective action:
- : The registered provider submitted the following response: A First Aid Refresher Course has been booked for Saturday 24th May. Going forward the registered provider stated she will ensure first aid is up to date
