- General Safety: 1. The garda vetting disclosure for one staff member was not dated within the last three years as per the regulatory notice, EYI-RN12.3 renewal of garda vetting, published by the inspectorate in September 2023, and effective from Jan 01/01/2024. Action submitted by the Registered Provider
Provider's corrective action:
- General Safety: The registered provider submitted a vetting application for the staff member and is awaiting garda clearance. This documentation will be forwarded to the relevant persons as soon as possible
