- (2) (d) Police vetting was not available for one staff member who had lived in a country other than Ireland for a period of more than six months as an adult. It is acknowledged that the service provided evidence of an application to obtain the relevant vetting on the day following the inspection

- An application has been made to obtain the relevant police vetting. The service have reviewed their vetting procedures
