- Police vetting was not available for one adult who had lived outside the State for a period of longer than six consecutive months since turning 18 years of age
Provider's corrective action:
- All the relevant paperwork has been submitted to the relevant authorities. The relevant documentation will be forwarded when received
Regulation 26 — Fire safety measures
- There was no current in date maintenance record for the smoke detection system in the pre-school service
Provider's corrective action:
- The smoke detection system has been serviced and we will keep a record of when the next service is due
