Provider's corrective action:
General safety: Garda vetting was applied for the staff members whose vetting was out of date
Found compliant: Regulation 9, 11, 19, 25, 26, 30.
(2)(b) A second reference was not available in respect of one member of staff. The registered provider stated that a written reference had been requested from a source other than a past employer but had not yet been acquired
Provider's corrective action:
A second reference has been obtained for staff member mentioned in non-compliance and has been shared with Tusla. Management will ensure in future that 2 employee references are on file before employees commence work in the setting
