- (2)(d) Documentary evidence indicated that one of the staff members had lived outside the jurisdiction, for longer than 6 consecutive months, while over the age of 18 years, and did not have the required police vetting

- On 20th of January and the 19th of February 2024, the person in charge advised of the following. Corrective and Preventive Action (2)(d) Going forward all staff profiles will be reviewed to ensure they had not lived outside the jurisdiction, for longer than 6 months, while over the age of 18 years
