- (2) (a) A second written validated reference from a past employer was required for one staff member
Provider's corrective action:
- The service advised in writing that: Corrective and Preventive Action (2) (a) A new written reference has been obtained from the staff members past employer and has been verified by a registered provider. More stringent practices have been put in place for obtaining and verifying references following review
