##### Regulation 9 — Management and recruitment

- (d) International police vetting was not on file for one adult for whom it was required

- The following statement was made by the registered provider: Corrective and Preventive Action The police vetting was applied for and has now been received. The registered provider will ensure this is obtained for any further employees that require it

##### Regulation 23 — Safeguarding health, safety and welfare of child

- Infection control: 1. The inspector observed that pedal operated bins were not in use in the children’s sanitary area or at the sink in the nappy changing area. This posed a risk of cross contamination and infection. Action submitted by the Registered Provider The following statement was received from the registered provider:

- Infection control: 1.Pedal operated bins have been purchased and will be used in the service in the future
