Regulation 23 — Safeguarding health, safety and welfare of child
- General Safety: 1. A Garda vetting disclosure was available for one staff member. However, this vetting disclosure was not dated within the previous three years in adherence with the Early Years Inspectorate Regulatory Notice ‘EYI-RN12.3 Renewal of Garda Vetting. It is acknowledged that an application for renewal of Garda vetting in respect of the staff member was made on the 02 May 2025. Action submitted by the Registered Provider
Provider's corrective action:
- General Safety: On the 27 May 2025, the person in charge submitted documented evidence of the garda vetting disclosure in respect of the staff member. The service stated in their response that up-to-date Garda vetting for each staff member will be on the premises
