- General Safety: One staff member’s Garda vetting was not renewed within the required three-year timeframe as per Tusla’s regulatory notice

- Corrective & Preventive Action General Safety: Applied for and received Garda Vetting for staff member. Will be keeping a close eye on Garda Vetting expiry dates and will apply for renewal in good time going forward
