##### Regulation 23 — Safeguarding health, safety and welfare of child

- General Safety: 1. Garda vetting disclosures had been obtained for five staff. However, the service did not adhere to the re- vetting timeframes for one staff as outlined in the Early Years Inspectorate Regulatory Notice, requiring services to renew Garda vetting every three years. Action submitted by the Registered Provider

- General Safety: A review of garda vetting for all staff took place in July 2025. A batch of re-newals were sent off to be re vetted. One staff member suffered a close family bereavement resulting in delay getting said staff member re vetted. In Future we will ensure enough time is given for potential delays in processing re vetting applications
