Regulation 10 — Policies, procedures etc. of pre-school service
- 1. The policy on Authorisation to collect was not comprehensive and did not include the procedures to follow should a parent/guardian arrive to the service not fit to collect their child
Provider's corrective action:
- 1. The policy on authorisation to collect has been updated and now includes the process to follow child a child is not collected or an attempt to collect them by an adult not fit to collect has been included in the policy. The registered provider has committed to updating the services policies annually
