- (d) Police vetting was not available in relation to one adult who previously lived outside of the state for a period of more than 6 months as an adult. (3) Documentation reviewed evidence that the procedures specified above under 9(2)(d) had not been carried out prior to the adult commencing employment in the service
Provider's corrective action:
- Police vetting has been obtained for the staff member. The registered provider has put measures in place to ensure the necessary steps are followed in the event of a staff member requiring police vetting
